What is the origin of the name "dutch baby" (the breakfast food)?

It's like a big yorkshire pudding... also known as a German pancake... but it's origins are probably from the Pennsylvania Dutch in the USA.





Those Pennsylvania Dutch have contributed a lot to American cuisine.

What is the origin of the name "dutch baby" (the breakfast food)?
I live in Holland and have absolutely no clue as to what you are talking about. Could you be more specific?
